Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Norvin and his son create an exceptional fishing experience that consistently delivers results. Customers regularly catch their bag limits within just 4 hours, landing multiple fish species and plenty of keepers for the freezer. When fish stop biting in one spot, Norvin immediately moves to the next productive location, using his extensive knowledge of local waters to keep lines active. The father-son team maintains a full-service approach, constantly re-baiting lines and working tirelessly to put clients on fish. Norvin's genuine care for his customers shines through in every trip detail. He regularly reminds guests to stay hydrated, shows remarkable patience with beginners and children, and makes everyone feel like family. Customers appreciate his clean boat, friendly conversation, and willingness to go above and beyond - even helping when transportation falls through. Many guests describe their trips as the best charter experience they've had and eagerly book return visits.

Trip - Half Day Guided Fishing Trip in Anna Maria Island - Shark, Redfish, and More on August 27, 2026

It was a pretty chill trip. Captain Norvin was great for us. Pretty laid back. Told us what we were doing wrong but in a nice way. Moved us around several times to make sure we caught different types of fish. 3 of us caught 18 total and everyone caught at least 4 so I’d say it was pretty successful.

I would highly recommend Captain Norvin for the next trip. Highly motivated, determined, and does whatever it takes to get you where the fish are. When the fish would quit biting he knew exactly where to go next to catch more. Book your next trip with him and you won’t regret it!!

My wife and i had a great day on the water. It was a challenging day of fishing and Capt Norvin had to work hard to put us on the fish! But he came through and we brought home plenty of fish for the freezer. I would highly reccomend Capt Norvin and we will use him again!
